Patrick Thean, Leadline A serial entrepreneur, Patrick Thean has started and run two technology firms: MindBlazer, and Metasys. Patrick is currently CEO Coach for the Leadline Group. MindBlazer, founded in 1999, provides integrated and close looped Education Based Marketing programs to Fortune 500 firms. Taking advantage of the convergence of TV and the Internet, MindBlazer has leveraged the internet as a broadcast selling channel for more than 40 Fortune 500 firms such as Yahoo!, American Express, Wachovia Bank, Lowe’s Company, HP, Intel, and Georgia-Pacific Corporation. Metasys is a leading logistics and supply chain software company was ranked 151 on Inc. Magazine's "Inc 500" list in 1997. Ernst & Young named Mr. Thean North Carolina Entrepreneur of the Year in 1996. Metasys was among the Top 500 national software companies when it merged with Optum to create breakthrough supply chain execution software. He was also awarded the Blue Diamond Neal Award by the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce in 1996 for his contributions to the technology industry in the Charlotte area. Mr. Thean also provides coaching on execution disciplines to CEOs of growth companies.
