Mark DeBoo was promoted to CEO of All-American Roofing in May 2005. The company is a stand-alone corporation derived from All-American Exterior roots. DeBoo moved to Charlotte from Illinois in 1999 to co-found the roofing company. He immediately found success. Sales were brisk that first summer, surpassing DeBoo’s and his partners' estimates. Thanks to DeBoo’s customer service innovations, All-American Roofing experienced high marks for customer satisfaction. Today, All-American Roofing serves clients in both the residential and commercial development industry. Growth has been so phenomenal that DeBoo plans to spend this year paring back his least-profitable clients in an attempt to stay within projected growth models and improve the bottom line.
