Host Michael A. Vadini
Mr. Vadini is a serial entrepreneur, having founded multiple companies including Skylark Productions, Prima Consulting, TITAN Technology Partners, MAVA Properties, and Bella Casa.

Mr. Vadini currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and founder of TITAN Technology Partners, an IT consulting and outsourcing company with eBusiness consultants in eleven cities across the United States. With full life-cycle services ranging from strategy through support, TITAN provides services that enable clients to successfully Plan, Build, Implement, Manage, Host, Support and Finance their high impact solutions.

Prior to founding TITAN, in 1994 Mr. Vadini founded and led PRIMA Consulting to be an industry leader in Intranet and Internet solutions. PRIMA Consulting, which offered strategic planning, enterprise systems (ERP/Supply Chain), and eBusiness solutions, grew to 16 cities across the country with more than 300 consultants and achieved annual revenues of more than $50 million. In 1997, Mr. Vadini successfully sold PRIMA Consulting to Norstan, Inc.

Prior to forming TITAN and PRIMA Consulting, Mr. Vadini spent seven years in the executive ranks of the telecommunications industry with Ameritech (ticker: AIT). There he was instrumental in the formation and execution of AIT’s entry into the consulting field. Known then as Systems Provider, the consulting division emerged as Ameritech Information Systems (“AIT”). Prior to his work at AIT, Mr. Vadini worked for the Strategic Management Services Group of Cincinnati Bell Information Systems (“CBIS”). While at CBIS, Mr. Vadini was responsible for sales and operations of the Chicago region focused on the delivery of client/server solutions to the Fortune account base. Separately, while at CBIS, Mr. Vadini was assigned by the Chairman to a six-month initiative to redefine the strategy and delivery capacity for CBIS’s $350 million global consulting practice.

Mr. Vadini is a recognized leader and speaker in the areas of eBusiness transformation—both for brick and mortar Fortune accounts as well as emerging/start-up dot.com companies. His expertise and leadership in the eBusiness arena is regularly tracked and referenced by trade press, investment community, and client base.

Mr. Vadini holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace College and MBA studies from Case Western Reserve.
